Net Weight : 35 grams
PREPARATION:
1. 10 ~ 15 eggs.
2. 5 tablespoons light soy sauce.
3. 1 tablespoons dark soy sauce.
COOKING METHOD:
1. Add in water, eggs into a pot. Boil the egg until mature. Take out the egg and lightly beat the eggshell to get even cracks.
2. Put back the eggs and add King Seng Herbal Egg Spices For Cooking Tea Egg, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce into the pot.
3. Using low heat to simmer 3 hours or more, it is ready to be served. (Pls ensure the water is over the egg in the cooking process.)
*The tea egg soup is not recommended for drinking because it is bitter after simmering.
