Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept return. If you received incorrect or damaged products, we would gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Any incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns for packaging change.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged Items & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item/s is/are defective, expired, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
