Preparation*
- 1 Whole kampung chicken/chicken pieces (1-1.5kg). Wash and drain.
- 1 Sachet Herbalton Ipoh Salted Chicken Spices Mix Black Pepper(30gm)
Rub inside and outside of the chicken/chicken pieces with Herbalton Ipoh Salted Chicken Spices Mix Black Pepper. Marinate at least 3 hours. Leave it overnight for better result.
Wrap chicken/chicken pieces in aluminium foil. (Aluminium foil provided)
Steam or roast to oven (350ºF/180ºC) for approximately 1 hour until cooked and it is ready to serve!
Suggestions: Suitable for marinate all types of meat (Steamed or Oven Roasted)
