INGREDIENTS:
Soya Sauce,Yeast Extract,Caramel(E621),Salt,Preservative(E211).
PREPARATION:
700gm fish ,ginger(cut into small strips)and a little cooking oil.
COOKING METHOD:
1)Clean the fish then put it on a plate.Aftler that, putit into a steamer and steam it for about ten minutes.When the fish has been cooked out, drain the steamed water from the plate. Set aside.
2)Heat the wok and oil then stir-fry ginger until golden colour.After that,pour it on top of the fish.
3)Finally ,heat MASFOOD HK STEAM PEASTE and pour it onto the plate .you can serve it hot.
*MASFOOD HK STEAM PASTE also can be used to cook tofu ,sand pot chicken rice and other Chinese cuisine.
