BABA’S Turmeric Powder is a finely ground spice that adds a beautiful golden-yellow colour and a warm, earthy flavour to your cooking.
A staple in Malaysian and Indian kitchens, it’s especially good for ayam goreng kunyit (turmeric fried chicken), fish marinades, chicken curry, fish curry and vegetable dishes.
For a simple Malaysian-style turmeric fried chicken, coat chicken pieces with turmeric powder and salt before frying with onions, garlic and fresh chillies.
