Traditionally served with Gado Gado, a popular Indonesian salad of lightly cooked vegetables, tofu, potatoes and boiled eggs, this sauce brings everything together with its nutty, slightly sweet and gently spiced flavour.
Simply warm the sauce and pour it over your prepared vegetables. It’s also delicious with lontong (compressed rice cakes), steamed vegetables or fried tofu.
