AYAM Brand Satay Marinade makes it easy to prepare fragrant, Malaysian-style satay at home without having to blend your own spices and aromatics.
Made with traditional ingredients such as lemongrass, garlic, galangal, coriander, turmeric and cumin, this marinade gives chicken, beef, seafood and vegetables a deliciously savoury, mildly spiced flavour.
Simply coat your choice of meat or vegetables with the marinade and refrigerate for around two hours before grilling, barbecuing or baking.
What makes this marinade especially convenient is that the seasoning is already prepared, saving time when making homemade satay. Serve your freshly grilled skewers with peanut satay sauce, cucumber, onions and nasi impit (compressed rice cakes) for a familiar Malaysian-style meal.
