Alagappa’s Chilli Powder is made from finely ground dried chillies, giving your cooking a rich red colour and a good spicy kick.
A familiar ingredient in Malaysian and Indian kitchens, it’s perfect for adding heat to chicken curry, fish curry, sambal tumis and other spicy dishes. It can also be used to prepare sambal prawns, sambal ikan bilis and homemade chilli marinades.
