Chilliz Rendang Paste makes it easier to prepare traditional Malaysian rendang at home without having to blend your own spices and aromatics from scratch.
Perfect for making Rendang Daging (Beef Rendang) or Rendang Ayam (Chicken Rendang). Cook the paste with your choice of meat and coconut milk, then simmer until the gravy thickens and the flavours become rich and concentrated.
For a more traditional finish, add kerisik (toasted coconut paste) for extra fragrance and depth. Enjoy your homemade rendang with nasi lemak, nasi impit, ketupat or steamed rice.
