Chilliz Curry Meat Paste is a ready-to-cook Malaysian curry paste made with a fragrant blend of chilli, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, coriander, cumin and other traditional spices.
Perfect for preparing Malaysian-style beef curry (Kari Daging), mutton curry (Kari Kambing) or chicken curry. It has a moderately spicy flavour and saves you the time of preparing and blending your own curry paste from scratch.
What makes Chilliz convenient is that one 200g packet is enough to prepare a curry for approximately 4–6 people. Simply cook the paste with your choice of meat and potatoes, add water and simmer until tender. Finish with coconut milk for a rich, aromatic curry.
Enjoy with steamed rice, roti canai or bread for a satisfying Malaysian-style meal.
