Chilliz Curry Seafood Paste makes it easy to prepare a rich, fragrant Malaysian-style seafood curry without having to blend your own spices and aromatics from scratch.
Made with ingredients such as chilli, tamarind, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric and shrimp paste, it brings together the savoury, spicy and slightly tangy flavours that make Malaysian seafood curry so delicious.
Perfect for cooking prawns, squid, fish, scallops or a combination of your favourite seafood. Add coconut milk, tomatoes and okra (ladies’ fingers) for a comforting curry that goes beautifully with steamed rice, roti canai or bread.
What makes this paste particularly convenient is its versatility. You can prepare a mixed seafood curry or use it with chicken for a different meal. One 200g packet serves approximately 4–6 people and takes around 20 minutes to prepare.
