Gowell Premium Dried Cuttlefish is a popular ingredient in Malaysian cooking, prized for its distinctive seafood flavour and versatility.
When soaked in food-grade alkaline (lye) water, the dried cuttlefish can expand to approximately twice its original size, developing a tender, springy texture. It’s perfect for making Malaysian Sotong Kangkong, a favourite hawker dish, or adding to traditional Penang Rojak.
