White wheat (Biji Gandum) 400g

Recipe:
  1. Soak 250g biji gandum overnight.
  2. Boil soaked biji gandum in 1200ml water and 400ml coconut milk.
  3. Add 180g chopped or liquid gula melaka. 2 pinches of salt and 2 knotted pandan. If pandan leaves are not available, use 2 teaspoons of pale pure pandan powder to make paste using boiling hot water. Add into bubur gandum.
  4. Lower fire to let bubur gandum simmer for one hour or more with lid closed.
